A semi-soft cheese with a mild lactic flavor, scooped into round balls and chilled in a brine solution. It melts nicely when sliced and baked on bruschetta or pizza. In both texture and appearance – this one knocks it out of the park every time.

SUGGESTIONS FOR USE

Serve chilled in a bocconcini salad or tossed with pesto. Can also be served hot: slice and bake on pizza. Toss in homemade fries and top with gravy for a quick, amazing poutine. To freeze, remove motzahrella balls from the brine. To thaw leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.
