Shipping policy

We make our cheese fresh to order every single week. Orders for local delivery in the Edmonton Area will be dropped off on Fridays. If nobody is home to receive the order it will be left at the door unless other arrangements have been made by the customer. 

Orders sent via a 3rd party courier may ship frozen to preserve the quality of the product during transport. 

Orders received after midnight on Thursday will be delivered the following Friday. Customers will receive shipment notifications for 3rd party deliveries. 

Customers acknowledge that products must be kept refrigerated to preserve quality and for food safety. We will deliver the product in a refrigerated or frozen state. It is the responsibility of the customer to refrigerate or freeze the product in a timely manner.
